    Just saying Hi.

    Love your site and looking forward to getting some great tips and info.

    I am looking to get fit and increase my cardio ability.

    I am not really into pumping iron but I enjoy Waterskiing and would like to increase my endurance – my arms get tired after 15 to 20 mins of slalom and I need to take a break to recharge – I then find next session I can only do 10 to 15 mins etc etc.

    I did join a gym once, but have to be honest this was only to use the showers and facilities when I was renovating my house. I have a pair of trainers but they were only ever used for my induction.

    Looking forward to some encouragement from like minded members.
