    When you go to the gym (if you go) what is your routine? I start with the cycle, then move onto the cross country trainer, bit of rowing and then some floor stuff. What about you all?

    I’ve only just started going to the gym as I really need to lose weight. I do the cycle to start with, then some row machine, and some cross country trainer thingy. Want to get onto the weights but need to pace myself!
